I’m passionate about sharing the lessons I’ve learned through elite sport, leadership, and life.

Over more than a decade playing netball at the highest level, including representing the Silver Ferns and leading as captain, I’ve experienced both the highs of success and the challenges that come with it—personal loss, injury setbacks, and navigating motherhood alongside performance.

These experiences have shaped how I lead, how I show up under pressure, and how I support others.

Today, I bring those lessons into my speaking, working with teams and organisations to build confidence, resilience, and strong leadership. My approach is honest, relatable, and grounded in real experience—helping people reflect, reconnect, and perform at their best, both individually and together.
