At the heart of the mentoring lies Te Whare Tapa Whā — the Māori model of wellbeing developed by Sir Mason Durie, that honours the four pillars of health: taha tinana (physical), taha hinengaro (mental and emotional), taha wairua (spiritual), and taha whānau (family and social). By strengthening each wall of your whare, we build balance, resilience, and a deeper sense of self.
Jane believes growth comes from stillness, self-awareness, and learning to move with your natural rhythm — not against it. Whether it’s leadership, resilience, or life balance, Jane loves helping people find clarity, focus, and their own sense of flow.
