I’m passionate about helping people find balance, confidence, and purpose. My approach is calm, supportive, and grounded in real-life experience—from elite sport to teaching and motherhood.
At the heart of my mentoring is Te Whare Tapa Whā, the Māori model of wellbeing developed by Sir Mason Durie. It focuses on four key areas: physical, mental and emotional, spiritual, and family well-being. By strengthening each of these, we can build greater balance, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
I believe real growth comes from slowing down, building self-awareness, and learning to work with your natural rhythm—not against it. Whether you’re developing leadership, resilience, or simply looking for more balance, I’m here to help you find clarity, focus, and direction.
