As a former Silver Fern and leader at the highest level of netball, I've experienced the demands of performing under pressure, leading teams, overcoming setbacks, and adapting through life's transitions. Those experiences have shaped the way I lead, communicate, and connect with others.

I'm available to work with schools, sporting organisations, businesses, and community groups, tailoring each engagement to the audience. Drawing on my experiences in elite sport, leadership, education, and life, I share honest stories, practical insights, and meaningful conversations that inspire confidence, build resilience, strengthen leadership, and encourage personal growth.
